tissues Dreams, Book Artist "In reaching its sixth edition, this program has five rooms that show the production of Young artists from around the country. The Regional Image program resumed in 2006 with the aim of increasing participation in national exhibitions by regional artists. This edition takes into account suggestions arising from the previous edition to make more fluid the procesos.Como the previous edition, Regional Image VI will be a curated event. In this version there is a regional group of curators who selected the artists in the exhibitions in each city and then the five regional exhibitions. Art Paper prototypes that on this occasion presented the research group, are the result of our preliminary investigation on the imagery we have been building in the creation of Book Art associated with the symbolic universe as a form of narrative and visual registration. Does this mean, which aims to nominal (the book), begins to make sense when covering symbolic expression, in the words of Cassirer "Pre Gain symbolic" in the sense of the dimension of something that is apprehended as an intuitive knowledge as another way to address the knowledge, truth, non-linear and demonstrable, but unspeakable becomes predictable, and the images, codes, transcripts and imprints, the possibility in view of access to consciousness.

twelve in Hall Corferias, in the context of Book Fair, are the most hardworking artists' books, creation of national and foreign. Gabriel García Márquez is the father of one of the books.
a dressmaker, and visual arts graduate of the Technological University of Pereira, in the 'artist books' his way to express their passions and pains. One of his books contains tiny exotic clothing designs, all based on eucalyptus leaves, pieces of paper, bits of cloth. The other, more poignant, helped him grieve the loss of his mother, Angela Roman treasures gathered from his mother, youth pictures, poems, songs, notes in a hurry ... both texts are only edition and have a higher cost half a million pesos.
